Why zoom cancelled my pro plan without my permission

Out of the blue a msg pops on the screwing stating: your zoom one pro plan has been cancelled !!!!!! Just like that after they’ve taking my money for an entire year! I’m not doing any illegal activities !! This is so weird ! Can i at least get a refund or at least an explanation as to why this has happened!?
