Why still processed payments after my cancellation?

I have sent to your responder email about cancellation because the amount your charge not equal like the plan renewal after that I did cancellation before invoice coming to us.

 

My question is why you still processed the payments? the person name is Rom

Hi @Teuku I would suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here
