I cancelled my subscription after one day of auto-renewal payment and also requested to refund. I received an email that refund has been processed and the zoom account shows that subscription charge is credited. But where did the money go to? Will it be refunded to my bank account/credit card? or will it stay as a credit amount in the zoom? The subscription was bought for my company using my personal credit card. now i am leaving the company and will not be able to claim refund from the company after August 2024 if i do not receive the refund from zoom in my bank account. Please help.
