Using Credit Cards from India

I am trying to sign up for Zoom Webinars. I am getting this error

 

"We are unable to process this request due to an issue with the credit card, please contact your bank or try a different payment method."

 

- Can I use a Debit Card?

- Are Amex Cards OK?
