Upgradation Failure


I have tried to upgrade my zoom account.  but it failed.  i chatted with a technician, he sent the below msg


Thank you for patiently waiting. Based on your Zoom account, the payment you made today, May 26, 2023, was for the invoice INV174464280 for your Zoom Standard Pro Annual plan with the service period from November 6, 2022, to November 6, 2023. But before you made the payment today, May 26, 2023, your Zoom account got canceled due to non-payment last January 6, 2023. You got a credit balance of 10,903.20 INR in your Zoom account because of that. You can use it for re-subscription or my supervisor can refund it for you. The only resolution for this is to re-subscribe.


what is this?  

I didnt receive the refund still
