Update Payment Information

For some reason, there isn't an "edit" option beside payment type and I am unable to update my payment info. Any solutions?

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.

I updated my payment method, and it shows the new date on my account, but every time I log in, I get asked to update again.  What's wrong?
