Citibank in India has been taken over by Axis Bank.
My standing instruction for bill payments is no longer functional. 
How can I delete my current standing instruction on my Citibank Credit Card and add a new standing instruction on my new Axis Bank Credit Card?

did you try adding the new card first and then remove the old card?  they apparantly do not allow you do have no card(s) listed
