I've had customer support calls open for three weeks trying to get our Zoom events subscription removed with no response from Zoom at all. I've spoken on the phone to them and they couldn't remove the subscription either. How do I get this removed as in our portal it says I have to Contact them and open a ticket which I've done and been completely ignored?

Yup, took three weeks and multiple support calls and a public post here to get anything done. Terrible service.

Was finally cancelled on the 16th (not the 14th as support suggest here), took several support calls being opened and a public post here to get it done, pretty awful.
