I get the mails that a special offer of 30% is granted foe the coming year. But when I open it I can't proceed to pay. It just repeats try again. What to do?

In some cases an error message is displayed when your account isn't eligible for the discount.  If you believe you are entitled to it, you should contact the Zoom Billing team.
