Sign into my Zoom account when I don't have access to the verification code that is sent?

Zoom help says that when I don't have access to the email address to which a verification code is sent that I should complete a request form to set up a new email address to have the code sent to.  But this requires signing into my account which I am unable to do because I don't have the verification code.  What am I missing? This a serious question, not a sarcastic comment.  How else can I accomplish this?  Thank you.

Bruce

I have gotten this solved.  Someone got me the account access that I needed.

I am stuck in the same situation as you currently. Were you able to get this resolved yet?

Some with access to the account that receives the verification code was able to give me access to that, so, unfortunately, that solution will not help you.  I will you luck.  It is a very frustration situation.  If the email account had no longer existed, I would have tried to set up a new email with the same address as the old one.
