Zoom has sent me an email with a discount coupon for contract renewal But I search to pay the invoice and apply the coupon and it does not appear An orange dot appears on the coupon and it says pending

Hi @Geromanel first suggesting to look into the KB on Applying discounts on a Zoom account. If you have already purchased your paid plan, but did not include the promotional code, we may not be able to apply the promotional code or discount to your account until your next billing cycle. 


However, as you said it's in the pending state, do you already have a coupon applied? The pending coupon will become active once the active one expires.


I would also suggest reaching out to our Zoom billing support as they do not monitor the community. You can create a ticket here or learn more about how to resolve issues with discount codes.
