Refund not available


I recently purchased a zoom pro account (three days ago), only to find that my university offers an ability to use Zoom pro for free, and I do not actually have to pay for my own account. I cancelled my subscription, but I don't seem to have access to an option to receive a refund as stated in the support services in a "dispute charges" option. I was wondering if I have to wait until my account cancellation is processed in order to receive the option of asking for a refund, or if there is another reason why I am unable to choose to try and dispute the charges to my account.
