Payment made but not upgraded

I paid Rs 1535/- on 07-02-2024 at 10.30 AM  for zoom subscription through my debit card. Amount deducted from my account and I received a mail from Zoom that they received the payment. But my Zoom account was not upgraded and still remain as basic plan. So I again remitted for subscription in another account and served the purpose. But may payemnt is not refunded even after 3 days. I made complaints at customer care many times but no proper reply is received from their side. 

I request to look in to the matter and send the refund at the earliest since I am not in need of subscription

Refund requests cannot be handled through Zoom Community. Please submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance.
