On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Can't log on to my Zoom Account

I am in an infinite loop! I have a Pro Subscription for 1 user, me (which I am then also the IT administrator) and am not able to log on.  I receive this error message: You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025). I can't reset my password because it directs me to use Google to sign in Zoom.  I need "someone", thinking Zoom Technical Support, to reset my account but I can't submit a Support Ticket because I can't log on to my Zoom Account. This is the definition of insanity and I have exhausted the "bot" (doesn't understand the situation) and the web trouble shooting instructions.  They all just keep telling me to reset my password! 

Someone please help me get out of this Zoom "hell"!
