If i purchase the 30 GB of recording storage for $10 per month, does it make it 35 GB with the 5 GB provided per license?

If you have one licensed Zoom User on the Pro or business plan, then yes it would be 35 GB for the entire account. Each license on the Zoom Pro or Zoom Business plan gets 5 GB of storage. The licensed storage (5GB) is pooled at the account level. It is not restricted to each license. For example, a Business account with 10 Licensed users gets a total of 50 GB of available cloud recording storage capacity to use across the account. Additional storage would be added to the pooled amount. So if you bought 30 GB of additional cloud storage, you would have 80 GB to use for the entire account. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360060661511-Cloud-recording-storage-capacity
