My subscription wouldn't cancel and has been renewed, and now I'm talking to to a robot.

I contacted Zoom this morning saying I wished to cancel my subscription.  The steps suggested byZoom

that

I got cut off before I could complete that.   The steps that Zoom suggested for cancellation did not correspond to what I was seeing on my computer - the options didn't match, and I couldn't cancel.   And now it has auto-renewed.   I am pretty disgusted.
