Recently got a survey email from Zoom

I recently got a survey email from Zoom saying sorry to see that you cancelled your subscription and wanted me to fill out a survey. In this day and age of not trusting emails, I haven't clicked on anything. I looked at my account and I still have a Pro Account. This is concerning to me.
