Hey Zoom team,

I recently moved into this residence and am now using this IP address. I am a disabled student who relies on Zoom daily for both work and school. I have never used my email with Zoom before—this was my first attempt to sign up, and I was unexpectedly blocked before the registration process was even completed. I have not engaged in any misconduct, and it is unfair for my access to be restricted without cause. I respectfully request that you review and clear any restrictions associated with this IP so I can access Zoom immediately, as my education and livelihood depend on it.

 

I just moved into this house and this is now my home internet. I’m a disabled student, and I rely on Zoom every single day for school and work—it’s literally how I survive right now.

The issue? I just signed up, never even used Zoom with this email before, and I’m being blocked before I can even get started. That’s not just unfair—it’s kinda wild. I haven’t done anything wrong.

If this IP address had issues in the past, it wasn’t me. I’m asking you to clear it up so I can get into Zoom ASAP. My life and education depend on it. Please help.

I have reviewed your email address and can see that it is already a member of a larger Zoom account. Please note that you cannot use the same email address to sign up for more than one account. If you're using an associated domain/the organization’s email address domain (such as @zoom.us), you might also not be able to sign up for a personal account with that email address.
