Error with subscription renewal

Hello.

On 23.09.24 I renewed my subscription for a month. It should have been valid until 23.10.24.

On 27.09.24 I converted my subscription to an annual subscription. I thought that the payment would be debited on 23.10.24 when the monthly subscription expires, i.e. on 23.10.24.

However, the payment for the annual subscription was debited on 27.09.24. Thus, the annual subscription should have been valid until 27.09.25.

This meant that the payment for the subscription for the month 23.09.24-23.10.24 was “burned”.

So I made a refund for the annual subscription. As I could not find any other options available to rectify my situation.

How to renew my subscription for a month (23.09.24-23.10.24) and activate the annual subscription from 23.10.24-23.10.25?
