Hi, I have the same problem. No customer service available, AI management is not helpful and tomorrow we have a Clients Meeting and can't tell them we have to stop in Minute 39th because our paid Abo is not working since 4 months!!!

Hello,
Although you have paid for an upgraded account, it sounds like you have not actually assigned the licence. Zoom does not do this part for you. You will need to act as the account admin and assign the upgraded licence to your account.
Assigning a single license
Sign in to the Zoom web portal.

In the Admin section click User Management, then Users.
Using the search bar locate or search for the user who you want to assign a license. (Your own account)
Click Edit at the end of the user row.
This will open a window.
Choose the User Type to assign.
After choosing the User Type (Licensed), select the license.
Click Save.
The license is now applied and you can use it immediately.

After many e-mails with "tech Teammember" I think your advice and directions actually worked and theirs didn't. Much appreciated! One further question. The e-mail address I created my Pro Zoom account with is not the same as the e-mail address for I use for for this group of kidney patients. Should I change it?
