Need Help Canceling Zoom Subscription

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone in the community might be able to provide some guidance or share their experience with canceling a Zoom subscription.

Here's my situation: I've been charged for my Zoom subscription for May 2024 to May 2025, but due to a change in circumstances, my organization will no longer be using the service. I'm wondering if it's possible to terminate the subscription and potentially receive a refund for the unused period.

Has anyone gone through a similar process before? If so, could you please share any tips or advice on how to approach Zoom support with this request? I'd greatly appreciate any insights you can offer.

Good luck.  I've been trying to cancel my subscription for over 6 months to no avail.  They are now little better than internet scam artists.  If you have a significant number of licenses, have lost a considerable amount, and  would be interested in joining a class action, let me know because I certainly would.

The same here. They are just stealing my money and send me to a bot loop info. No option to get somebody on the phone, options proposed lead to a not functional loop again. It is robbery.
