My account subscrbe change from 1 year to 1 month and no refund

Dear all,

We beg you for refund our account or license for 1 year subscribe.

Because on our credit card it was withdrawn according to a 1 year subscription (USD 2,218.89) because basen on the *********** account we were only given 1 month subscription so we lost USD 1,997.00.

Because the value is not returned on our credit card

Sorry if our english are bad.
