I was billed twice how can i get refund for one of the bills

Hi I had an automatic bill via google pay. this month i did not have the funds available at the time of the charge and my plan was downgraded until my payment was done.

I made the payment via regular mode in the zoom page.

After google pay made the charge for the same item.

 

I need to know how to handle this, and how to have the refund of one of the charges.
