I stopped using Zoom, and suddenly I was charged another payment. I immediately cancelled the subscription. But as I understand it, they are not planning to refund the money. However, I still demand that they be returned.

I recommend that you contact Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
