I get standard pro annual plan from Jun 14, 2021-Jun 13, 2022, but my account zoom still basic.
 My number of transaction is P-99836278 date of payment was Jun 14, 2021.
 Kindly find attached the invoice to proof my payment.
 Please can you fix this issue to get a pro account.

Hi,

 

You may need to go into your account settings at https://zoom.us/profile and assign your new license to yourself as a user.
