I have a paid pro acct. I could not log-in because my password didn't work. I changed the password, but when I did, it created a new basic account. Now I cannot access my pro account. The email and new password is associated with the new basic account and not my paid pro account. How can I get access back to my paid pro account with my original email address?

I found the resource page and put in a ticket. there is nothing in the resource page about retrieving paid Pro from the basic after changing the password,
