License Quantity increased but not made available - Zoom OnePro

We have Zoom OnePro account with 2 users licenses.

 

Now, we needed more users to host meetings. So, we increased the user licenses by 2 more and placed the order. We waited for almost an hour to see the quantity increased so that we can assign them to users. However, it is still not updated. 

 

How long does it really take for the new user licenses to be made available to us?
