Is this mail is true? or not?

Hi, all.

I got email from a person in charge of zoom.us.

That mail informed us to violatie zoom's terms of use and asked us to contact the person.

I can't distinguish whether this is true or fraud mail.
Is it better to disregard the mail ? I'm afraid this mail is true so that we lost account of zoom.
