Impossible to unsubscribe from a plan

Estou desde maio a tentar renovar um plano em vez de renovar 2 que atualmente tenho.

Até hoje ninguém me ajudou, e assistência do chat diz que vai ver e nada acontece. Também já solicitei suporte muitas vezes, mas ninguém se digna ajudar. 

Algum utilizador está a passar pelo mesmo e que possa ajudar?

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
