I have used zoom before, but had to cancel a class because I was not able to get help right away. i never have problems with audio that I cannot solve in 5 minutes on my computer. none of your articles were able to help me nor the client. i lost my client. i would like my 49.00usd back. i find it terrible that you do not have immediate live chat or a phone call for small businesses a the $49 dollar plan. other platforms live chat or a phone number. also, it was too hard to find this zoom community, which should always be posted at the top along with your phone number that is only for the wealthy big corporate people and not for the $49 dollar small business owner. I would like to get my money back. How?
