I need to change my sign-in email

I need to change my sign-in email, but I cannot access my previous email  to confirm the change. So, what do I do to solve this?

I just upgraded my Zoom account to Pro One. I have the same dilemma in that the old work email that I used for Zoom is gone. I'm now self employed. Zoom still lists me as a basic membership. ***********
