I'm not getting a email code for termination

I have the basic account. I'm not getting the verification code in my email to terminate my account. I have checked my spam folder.

Thanks for checking your spam folder — that’s the first good step. If you’re still not receiving the verification code email from Zoom.

 

Make sure you’re logging in and requesting termination from the same email address that’s linked to your Zoom account.

 

Go to  Zoom Profile and confirm the "Sign-In Email" is correct

 

Sometimes a browser-related issue can interfere with the request. 

     Clearing your cache and cookies

      Using an incognito/private window

      Switching to another browser

 

Your email provider might be blocking Zoom’s messages. Add the zoom email domains to your safe sender list:

 

You may also submit ticket to zoom support.

I was using my google account to sign it. I just change the email and was able to get the verification code now. Thank you.
