Does anyone have a contact (email or phone) to lodge a complaint with Zoom about their complete lack of customer service. The email address provided by Sales staff is not monitored and bounced back. Thanks

Did you find out how to raise a complaint? The customer service is shocking. 

I have not found a place to lodge a complaint. I was billed without having a renewal notice. 

Same has happened to me. Spoke to two people on chat and they both just referred to the T&C's advising the plans are non-refundable.
Have you managed to raise a complaint yet?

This has also happened to me and it seems a number of others. Would love to know if anyone has had any success? 

If you have found a place to lodge, please let me know. I’ve had the same issue. The customer support or just trying to find customer support is shockingly bad. It used to be good and now I am getting billed for a renewal I never signed up for.

If you have not already done so, I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. Our specialists will need to access your account to investigate whether you are eligible for a refund.
