I am the account owner, and originally purchased my annual Zoom Pro and Zoom webinar subscription with a company card. However, the new finance guy at my company wants billing for Zoom sent to him, not to me. How do I arrange to give him access???

Hi @CLynch39 ,

I recommend updating the billing contact for your account. If an invoice gets generated, it is sent to the email address that is saved as your billing contact. The billing contact does not need to be a member of the account in order to receive an invoice copy.

FYI, yes, I did that. Thanks. Now I just need to figure out where to download a receipt for payment.

@CLynch39 Please see this link: Viewing your Zoom invoice history and invoice details. If you have purchased your subscription with a credit card, all payments are processed automatically on the invoice date (due upon receipt payment term).
