How to update my account payment details but cannot find the link to do anything

Hi Guys, I'm needing to change my card details and cannot find the path through billing to do what should be a simple task! I need to know what this would be called, and preferably a simple step by step process from login to getting to the desired location to allow the changes to be made. Can anyone assist please?
