How do you contact accounts to arrange a refund?

Previously I paid annually and now only want to pay monthly.

When my account was ripe for renewal, I selected the monthly option for payment although Zoom has charged the annual fee.

Please let me know how to get in touch with the accounts department so that they can issue a refund for the additional 11 months charged.

NOTE: If you purchased through Google Play or Apple, Zoom has no record of your payments. You must contact them directly to cancel.
