Getting charged for a basic plan

Hi

I have been getting charged $17.11 a month since March 2023 and I am unable to change or cancel my subscription because Zoom has me down as a basic plan. I want to cancel the plan and get a refund, for the whole time I have been getting charged for a free plan. How can I get this done
