Fraudulent billing practices

I cancel my subscription over a week ago and here it is Saturday morning when billing support is closed I received a message stating that they have successfully charged $311 to my account… That’s twice as much as should have been charged if I had not canceled my subscription because last year I also cut it down to a single subscription not a double pro plan… This is unscrupulous dishonest business practices on the part of zoom and I am seeking restitution Justice and my  money back immediately!
