Terminating My Account

The help function says to go to Billing or contact Sales, both of which are blocked by the system. 

To whom do I complain about Zoom's negative consumer practices?

Is there a billing phone number I can call and sit on hold for an hour?

Please help!

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance.

 

Your post is titled "Terminating My Account" - Deleting your Zoom account offers guidance if this is what you are trying to do.

 

Regarding providing feedback, you should see a blue "Give Feedback" button located vertically on the right side of this window. See also Sending Feedback to Zoom
