On August 16, 2023 my zoom subscription ended and I no longer renewed it. I canceled my subscription through your page, but ZOOM sends me an invoice for an account that no longer exists and for a service that I no longer have. Also, there seems to be no way to communicate with them. It seems to me that it is abuse and harassment. Please, stop insisting by sending me collection emails that do not correspond to me.  Please Zoom team, the details of the subscription I canceled will be provided to the Zoom team once they contact me.

I recommend that you submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need additional information from you to investigate.
