On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Error Removing User

I am the owner of our account and have added and deleted many users. From the Admin/User Management/Users screen, the three dots used to delete users are not visible. Any help would be appreciated.

Found what I needed thanks to @Bort's advice on another post. I would suggest adding the note about changing Admins to Members in order to delete to the knowledge base/help article.

Glad I could be helpful on that other post. Can you clarify which KB article you were using, so that I can try to make it clearer for your situation? 

Changing the user from Admin to member in order to make three dots visible and then select unlink is critical! Thank you.
