Hi,

I'm trying to recover another account that I have. This other account has two factor authentication enabled, but I lost access to my phone and the authentication app. Also, I don't have recovery codes.

I'm trying to contact customer service to get help about this matter, but I haven't find any way to contact them.

I had to create this new account to be able to ask this question.

Can you help please?

Hi @BadClone999 welcome to the community! As much as I would love to assist via the community; this may have to be handled by our Support teams. Suggest looking into filling out a ticket here at https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 and for the Request Type put Account Management; and for About please choose the best option related to your issues i.e., email issue or other
