Currency Change Refund

Hi, I'm a bit confused.
I've moved from UK to Spain and want to change billing currency from GBP to EUR. When changing currency Zoom tells you they will charge you today and refund any remaining months on your account back to your original payment method.

My normal billing date is mid Nov. I assumed that I would be billed today (mid Sept) in EUR and have the remaining month of Zoom fee refunded in GBP - and then be billed again next year (Sept 15) in EUR. However, the site says I need to pay in EUR today, and then I'll be charged a full renewal fee as usual (in EUR) again next month. Does this mean they will refund 11 months of GBP Zoom fees already used this year?
