Cannot Buy Additional Plan After Currency Change

Yesterday, I've succeed changed currencies from AUS$ to IDR. But today I still can't buy or add additional plan for large meeting. It says "You can not edit your current plan until your currency change request is complete. (300)". My office have planned a large meeting for this evening.

You cannot buy or add an additional plan because the currency change request is not yet complete.

Solution:

1. Wait for Completion: Wait for the currency change process to be completed.
2. Check Email:  Look for a confirmation email about the currency change.
3. Contact Support: Reach out to Zoom Support immediately and explain the urgency.
4. Alternative Plan: Consider using another platform for the meeting.
5. Check Status: Check the status of the currency change in your Zoom account settings.
