Canceling and want to refund

Hi All Zoom users,

 

Yesterday (18th July 2023) I purchased a wrong plan. I cancelled the plan then & there and like to get refund. I am trying to do live chat with their agent but not having proper support from Zoom.

 

Please help me how can I get refund.
