Can not upgrade zoom capacity

Hi

I tried to upgrade to a number of capacity in a zoom call. 

It could be done before but until now I can not upgrade anymore. System kept saying my bank card details has some problems. But when I tried to make a payment from somewhere else, everything is normal
Can anybody help me?
