CHANGE PROFILE ON SAMSUNG BASIC ACCOUNT

I need to know if it´s possible to change my e-mail and password of my zoom account ( I just downloaded the new version) on my phone. I have a Basic ( free) account and I don´t wanna change to Pro, I just want to change to another e-mail

Hey @subpereira  for this you will need to submit a ticket to https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000983032 and for the Request Type: Account Management. After submitting the ticket be on the lookout for a follow-up email to the email address you provided.
