Business plan and Large Meeting plan subscription refund

I purchased a 1-year subscription to the Zoom Business plan and a 1-year Large Meeting plan for 1,000 participants. However, after testing it right away, I found that it was not accessible from certain countries. Therefore, I immediately canceled both plans. Naturally, less than a day has passed since the subscription. How can I request a refund?

Welcome to Zoom Community! 

 

I understand that you didn't realize Zoom services were inaccessible in certain countries and are unable to use your new subscription. When you cancel a subscription, the cancellation is effective at the end of the service period.

 

Please submit a request to the Zoom Billing team (link below) and explain your circumstances to request a refund. 

 

The Zoom Billing Support team is dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for all users, and they will be happy to guide you through any billing-related matters or account-specific queries you may have.

After I made a refund request, I found a solution to my problem during the process for the refund. I would like to cancel the refund I requested again. What should I do?

@myungsoo - You should be able to close your own ticket by signing into your account and navigating to your profile. At the top of the page, click Support. At the top of the next page, click My Account and select Support Dashboard. There, you will find your open requests.
