If I buy multiple Zoom License accounts with a single paypal account, could there be problems?

If all of the Licensed Users will be on the same organizational account, There’s no issue. This is widely done.

If you will be paying for multiple individual accounts, I’m not so sure, but I wouldn’t think that would be an issue. If you want to get as definitive answer, submit a support ticket to our Billing team here and they will be able to assist you.

I'm not sure if your question was fully understood. You can use the same PayPal account on multiple individual Zoom accounts. You can also purchase multiple licenses on a single account.
