Good morning, I was wondering, why the monthly subscription is 7,50euro and Zoom in the last months billed me 18,29euro from August??

Moreover why is impossible to receive support from an Human that is not a virtual machine?

Buenos días tengo la misma duda, ¿como podriamos tener un servicio al cliente o call center humano en español para ayudarnos con nuestras dudas. En mi caso me estan haciendo un cobro mensual de una cuenta de zoom que ya no estoy utilizando y quiero suspender pero no se como hacerlo. ¿Me pueden ayudar a ello?
